“Shenzhen Multi-Control E&M Equipment Co., Ltd.”, hereinafter “the Company”, warrants to the original purchaser that any part of the vacuum system will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, the Company will repair or replace, solely at its' discretion, the defective hardware found, free of charges for labor.

The remedy for any breach of warranty is limited to replacement or repair with new or, at the company's discretion, used parts, warranted for the longer of thirty (30) days or the remainder of the warranty period. This warranty will not be extended by any additional purchases or upgrades.

This guarantee does not cover:-

• Any damage caused by transportation or installation that not rendered by the Company.
• Defect caused by misuse, wrong power supply voltage, repair or modification by unauthorized personnel, accident, natural calamity or other events beyond the Company's control.
• The product or the guarantee certificate of which the model number or serial number has been moved or altered.
• Defect or damage on the circuit board or other equipments which is caused by improper wire- connection.
• Defect on the vacuum system which is caused by improper pipe diameter or damage by exterior condition.
• The product is repaired, modified, adjusted, changed, renovated, interference or maintenance by unauthorized personnel.

The company's sole liability under this warranty for failure to repair or replace the system after a reasonable number of attempts is limited to replacement of the defective unit.

The above constitutes the purchaser's exclusive remedies for breach of warranty.

Unless "On Site Warranty" is specified on the sales receipt, purchaser is responsible for transportation to our workshop.

The company shall, under no circumstances, be liable for any other damages, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential and other similar claims whether based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, absolute or strict liability, or any other similar theories. Damages excluded include but are not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of use of the vacuum system, loss of use of related equipment, loss of purchasers' time, injury to property, and all claims of third parties.

In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right for final judgment and decision.
